Status Indicators for Work Orders
Work Order Status indicators display a color bar and icon at the top of each event card on the schedule giving you an easy way to see what is going on in your shop at any time.
Each status type can be customized with a unique name, icon, and color, you can even add new statuses you need for each of your locations as needed from the Settings -Work Order Statuses menu available to admins.

Admin users can now Lock Days on the schedule, preventing new Work Orders from being created on holidays, full days, etc. If users try to make a new Work Order on a locked day, they will see a pop-up alert letting them know the day is locked.
To lock and unlock a day, admins simply double-click or double-tap in the day header in the schedule.

AutoReminder SMS's are sent daily according to your location's open days (set in Location settings) at 3:30 pm Eastern Time (so if you are Pacific time, they go at 12:30 pm). If your location is marked as closed on a day, the reminders for the following day go on the last day open. i.e., if you are closed Sunday, reminders for Monday's appointments are sent on Saturday. So if a client needs to contact you, the store is open to help them.

To edit the start and end time of a Booking for a Work Order from your iPhone or Android device:
Go to the Bookings tab in the Work Order (available once you have entered client info in the WO and hit save.
Once you in the Bookings tab for the WO, you can either:
Click the edit button for the event and adjust the start and end time there
Or tap/hold and then drag the bottom of the event to the desired end time.

Stores can create as many different filter lists as they like, and are available for all team members to use.Few readers
