Push Notifications Setup for Staff (Used with 2-Way SMS)

Push notifications are used to alert staff of a new incoming SMS Text message from a client (if your account uses the 2-Way SMS Text Message option). Each staff member can choose to toggle these notifications on or off, per device they are logged into.

Setup/Settings Instructions
Ensure that your browser or device is set to allow Push Notification requests from our site/app (and in general). You can usually find this in your browser or devices settings menu.
On desktop devices, use the Blue Bell button in the bottom right of your screen to toggle the notifications on/off. If you can't click or see that bell, check the settings for your device and browser from step one.
